  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Pour oil in the pan. Fry the 1/3 cup of peanuts, shallot, and tofu until they are getting brown.
  3. Put the noodles in the pan.
  4. Put Pad Thai Past and stir.
  5. Crack the eggs into the pan, add shrimp and stir.
  6. When it almost cooked Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of ground peanut on top.
  7. Put bean sprout and stir for few times and it's ready to serve
  8. Put the Pad Thai on the serving plate.
  9. Dressing with Ground Peanut, Bean Sprouts, Lime and Banana Blossom on the side.
  10. Enjoy your meal
